But hey — we get it. Sometimes things don’t go quite as planned, and that’s why we’ve got your back with a fair and friendly refund policy.
When You’re Eligible for a Refund
We offer refunds in a few specific situations. You’re good to go if:
- You cancel within 7 days of subscribing and haven’t used any premium features (like exporting a BOQ, generating AI layouts, or downloading final plans).
- You’ve been charged twice by mistake for the same subscription.
- You ran into a technical hiccup on our end, and our support team couldn’t fix it after trying their best.
When Refunds Aren’t Available
We can’t process a refund in the following cases:
- If you cancel after the 7-day grace period.
- If you’ve used premium features, even once — that counts as activation.
- If your subscription renewed and you forgot to cancel beforehand.
- For any physical décor items bought through vendors — those returns are handled directly by the vendor.
- If you signed up using a promo code, freemium plan, or bundled deal.
Cancelling ≠ Automatic Refund
Cancelling your plan doesn’t automatically mean you’ll get a refund. You’ll need to contact us if you believe you’re eligible.
How to Request a Refund (It’s Easy, Eh?)
Just follow these quick steps:
- Send us an email at support@xperiencenxt.com with the subject: Refund Request – [Your Full Name or Email ID]
- Include:
- Your registered email
- Order or transaction ID
- A short note on why you’re requesting a refund
- We’ll review it and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Product Returns (Furniture & Decor)
All physical décor items — like sofas, chairs, lighting, etc. — are fulfilled by vendor partners. For returns or exchanges, refer to the vendor’s individual return policy.
