By using our website, tools, or mobile app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, feel free to explore — but please don’t use the platform.

- Scan or upload your floor plans
- Buy real furniture and decor inside the design interface
- Get transparent costs via BOQ
- Collaborate with verified vendors, contractors, and designers
- Realtors can stage homes virtually and enhance listings
To unlock most features, you’ll need an account. You agree to:
- Be of legal age (18+ in Canada)
- Use accurate information
- Keep your password secure
- Accept responsibility for what happens under your account
- We own the tech — you own your ideas.
- All code, AI tools, branding, and design software belong to Xperience NXT
- Any floor plan, sketch, or mood board you upload stays yours
- By uploading, you grant us permission to store and process your designs
Plans:
- SMEs: $15/mo CAD
- General Contractors: $58/mo CAD
- Realtors: $296/mo CAD
Additional Fees:
- E-commerce transaction fees apply on product sales
- Enhanced listing & staging tools may include extra charges
- All payments are processed securely. Vendor payouts happen monthly.
Let’s keep things respectful. You agree not to:
- Upload offensive or unlawful content
- Violate IP rights or impersonate others
- Reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform
- The platform is provided “as is”
- Colours, product visuals, or real-world fits may vary slightly
- We’re not responsible for construction delays, cost overruns, or contractor performance
We may link to third-party vendors or platforms (like Matterport or Shopify). We’re not responsible for what happens on their turf.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You break the rules
- Misuse the platform
- Or request deletion
You can also cancel anytime from your dashboard.
These terms follow the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes will be handled locally unless otherwise agreed.
If we change these Terms, we’ll let you know in-app or via email. Continued use means you're cool with the updates.
